hey girls!!:)i am looking to sublease my room from april to august 5th 2010!
i live in a very nice student apartment complex located right by ucf with a free ucf shuttle, free tanning, a pool area, bball/vball courts, a 24/7 fitness...my room is the biggest one and has a private bathroom, and a walk in closet! i love it!
my unit is fully furnished!
rent is 549 but i am willing to lower it to 500 per/month since i am looking for someone soon! it includes all utilities!!
all prices are going up so this could be a good deal for you and help out as well!
also, you don't have to look for roomates, i already have 3 girls roomates living here!:)
