built less than 2 years ago. 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. all rooms furnished (except your bedroom). you would have access to a computer with internet access, tv, washer, dryer, etc. you also may have a spot in the garage. corner lot with plenty of space on the well kept lawn and very friendly neighbors. located just south of 144th & state (3 miles north of 144th & maple). only 5 min to i-680 and 15 min to uno / 72nd & dodge. room will be available august 15th.
me:
24 yr old male, non-smoker. college grad w/ full time job. i'm pretty laid back and easy going. i like to go out once a week, but don't really bring any parties home. my 21 yr old brother is living here for now, but is only home 1/2 the week.
you:
preferably in 20's or 30's. gender doesn't matter. respectful, easy to get along with, and not messy. preferably no pets, but may be willing to make an exception. no drugs. if you smoke, ok to do it outside.
term:
must be willing to sign for at least 6 months and provide proof of ability to pay. deposit required.
