we are looking for a responsible roommate to share our three bedroom two bath home in mesquite, texas. the rent includes all utilities including cable with all the movie channels and demand, phone with nationwide unlimited long distance, roadrunner high-speed internet ( hard line and wi-fi), and electric and water. the room is furnished with a brand new queen size bed, a dresser with mirror, small computer desk, end table, and a televison. our roomate will have their own bathroom next to their room. there is a washer and dryer located inside the house. we also have additional storage in the garage if needed. we are very easy to get along with and very responsible. both me and my wife work full-time jobs and are at work a majority of the time. our roommate will have access to all common areas of the house. we have two living areas in the house. we live in a quiet safe neighborhood, close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, parks, schools, ect. we are close to all major highways.we keep a clean household and would prefer the same from our roommate. please contact us if you are interested. thanks mark and gina
