all utilities included. month to month agreement. north mckinney, near prosper/380 and 5 minutes to erwin park. you (one adult) will be renting an upstairs section including two nice sized rooms attached by a jack/jill bathroom and office space just outside in hallway. plenty of storage space in rooms and outside hallway. beautiful two story fully furnished home in a new neighborhood with two roomies to share, making three total. your bedroom is fully furnished with very nice queen size pillow top bed and dressers. fireplace, grill out back, large modern kitchen. tv's in downstairs and upstairs spaces. comfy movie room. cable and wi-fi included. female roomie has upstairs section on the other side of stairwell with room and bath. male roomie has downstairs master. on street parking (right side of garage is being used by other roomie for parking and other side of garage can be used for storage). we are in our 40's, ex-military, are quiet and amiable, respectful of other's space. overnight visitors should always have everyone's approval. we don't smoke but visitors smoke outside so that should be fine. no drugs. must have three references (one being your last residence). criminal background check will be done (no felons etc.). you must have stable employment. one month rent security deposit. i'm getting a bunch of scams so please email bobbaileythethird@gmail.com if interested. thank you.
