we are renting a room in our rental home located in a quiet and safe country suburban community in magnolia, tx. we are very close to tomball, montgomery, the woodlands, spring, waller, etc., and we are near highway 249. cross streets would be grand oaks blvd. and nichols sawmill rd. the room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is and you have access to everything including the community amenities such as the pool, gym, and park. you also get a private bathroom. a $250 refundable deposit is required, and you must be able to pass a background check. we are pet friendly, we have our one dog here, and your own pets are welcome as well.
