hi! i'm needing two female roommates for june 1st of 2013-may 31st of 2014! (or 6 month lease, until december 31st, if needed.)the house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a wide driveway that can hold up to 4 cars. the house has nice hardwood floors, two living areas, an extra room/workout room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and alarm system! the house is fully furnished, all you need to furnish is your room.
rent is $400 per room, with utilities of about $110 per month each- including uverse cable & internet!
it's 2 blocks from j&b coffee, lowe's grocery, & tech bus stop! you're only minutes from campus. perfect for students- i just graduated, so i'm working full-time and am out of the house most days!
i have a cat, so i'm hoping to find people who are okay with him- he keeps to himself! i hope to find someone without a pet, since the lease says only one animal.
i'm super easy to get along with, & clean up after myself. feel free to bring any extra furniture that you may have, though it's already furnished. :)
