room is 18x13, there are built-in cabinets and bookshelves one double closet and one single. the bathroom is small and there is no tub; however, the shower is huge and pristine.elevator, laundry and trash chute are all very close to unit as is the included reserved parking space. in the building there is a heated pool, nice barbecue area and small fitness center. the building is very quiet and neighbors are not encountered often if that appeals to you.
