hello! the apartment is within walking distance to lock haven university as well as downtown lock haven. it has very spacious bedrooms, and a large backyard. the only costs that the rent does not include are electricity which would cost about $15 a month and cable/wifi. there is also no washer and dryer in the unit, but it is very close to multiple laundromats. there is also off street parking. i also have a cat!
