hello:let me describe my situation. my wife and i are currently going through a divorce (very friendly though … not bitter or nasty) after being together for 10 years. she has already moved out, but she left me with a huge mortgage and a huge house in a gated community (town lakes) in lehigh acres, fl. when we were together it was quite manageable, but it’s tough for me to handle it alone. i can do it, but it’s tough. i’d rather not.
the person i’m looking for would be considerate/courteous and mindful of how to take care of their own issues (dishes, laundry, garbage) etc. they would pay their share of the rent in a timely fashion. that’s the way i am, so that’s who i’m hoping to meet and live with. i’m not into big loud parties and never have many people over. a couple people are o.k., but this is not a fraternity or sorority house, and i’d like to keep it that way. been there, done that. if you haven’t done it yet but want to, then please do it somewhere else. i’m looking for a professional, semi-quiet, mature person.
the payment includes the following: rent, utilities (water and electric – there is no gas at this location) high-speed internet, basic landline phone, and alarm system. also, keyed door knobs can be placed on bedroom and bathroom doors if you like. i have no problem with that.
i plan to get some pictures up as soon as possible. i can also give tours to those who clear a background check, credit check, and have a solid employment history.
i teach reading at a local high school and have been teaching for the last 6 years. i look forward to meeting you if you fit the criteria.
