i have a room in poplar place on busbee parkway for rent. it's right by ksu. it has it's own private bathroom. the rent is 375 a month, plus utilities which vary month to month depending on usage. half of the cable/internet bill would be about 51.50. i will need a roommate by dec. 1 since i am renewing my lease. the new lease will be for 13 months. if you move in, i'll need you to sign the lease also. i'm 20 years old and i'm an english ed. major. i have two small dogs and a cat. i'm a fairly clean person when it comes to the common living space. i work two jobs (aeropostale and i also work at a bar). the apartment is fully furnished except for the room for rent. you can text/call/or email if you're interested and arrange to view the apartment.
