while the house isn't particularly large, you get a choice of which of the two empty rooms you'd like to take up residence in. the other will be a sort of media room/used for our dog (a 60 lb ball of sweet loving fur who just wants to lick your face) when we're out of the house. speaking of pets, no others are allowed. we barely got her in. sorry. the bathroom is shared but big enough for you to have space to keep all your personal items. a brand new stove was just installed in the kitchen. your groceries are 100% on you, just as ours on us. the living room is unfurnished unless we're able to find a cheap set before/soon after we move in. we do have a dining room table. there's a yard but no fence. we live on the northside of jax, about 10 minutes from the river city plaza. no smokers. absolutely no drugs. we drink socially so obviously that's fine. must be lgbt friendly. clean up after yourself and pay the bills on time and all will be good. we're really looking for someone to be not only a roommate, but someone we can get along and hang out with as well.
