this a bottom unit right on the
beach. open the sliding glass door and
you are on a cement slab that
is maybe 15ft, then rocks, sand and
the ocean! full kitchen, large living room
with lots of light. gorgeous sunsets every
night. friendly neighbors always lookin out for
one another. nice breeze making 90 degree
days tolerable. room has a reasonably sized
closet with mirrored doors and a large
window facing the patio. shared bathroom with
a female that does not leave makeup
and hair tools on the counter etc
tile floors, dishwasher, fireplace, laundry facility on
sight

i love animals, reading, movies, arts, being crafty and
crafts, exploring san diego, swimming and walking
around target. i work in guest service at an
amusement park. my mom passed away 2 years ago
i had to move but was able
to take just about everything with me
because of this i have an entire
household. all you need to bring is
yourself and furnishing for your room. some
of my things are very special to
me. my mom and i collected mugs
so i have a decent amount of
mugs in a bookshelf in the kitchen
that i prefer to be left for
my use only. i also have an
antique side table... if you use it
dear go please use a coaster haha
i'm cool with fish and caged pets
no snakes (the other roommate would freak out). i would prefer to be friends with my new roomie, not just people that happen to inhabit the same dwelling. i am a vegetarian. i absolutely will respect that you are not as long as you respect that i am. i am a reeeally good listener and love to help. i don't meddle, but i have a heart of gold and am a kind friend
