rooms for rent in a very nice house, quiet, nice neighborhood, minutes to the galleria, medical center, universities, downtown. $550-$600 depending on furnished or not, length of stay. month to month is fine.all bills paid including cable, high-speed internet, security alarm. non-smokers, no pets. students, professionals, retirees.
although i do not live there, i prefer the room mates to be low-key, neat and clean, ones who respect the property, space and time of others around them, over-all agreeable people.
