we are young 45 year old empty nesters with a room for rent in nice, quiet, two-story home near the buddhist temple in hacienda heights (view of temple and hills from room). safe, quiet neighborhood with peaceful atmosphere in home. our home is also shared with two indoor cats and two outdoor, quiet dogs. you would never be obligated to allow our cats in your room (we keep them out of ours).116 square ft. unfurnished room on second floor (desk, chair, bookshelf and nightstand available for use or we can remove)
