i have a nice house in garland 15 minutes from downtown dallas on 130. i am a wf, professional admin job, age 41, and my other roommate is a 36 year old male computer tech. we have two cats who are basically cuddlers and hardly meow. i have a 3 bedroom/2 bath/2 living rooms/1 huge kitchen and a pool/ jacuzzi with outdoor patio home. i am asking $700/ month. you would have your own bathroom there is a garage to store stuff if needed. i could furnish your room with the basics (bed, dresser, lamp…) we are a pretty down to earth household, who like to watch tv and go out on the town sometimes. no drugs except alcohol! please let me know. thanks for your consideration.
