i live in a very nice two bedroom apartment off of daniels parkway in fort myers. i am a 22 year old femle and looking for a roomate between the ages of 21 and 30. i just moved here from new york to take on a teaching job. i would like someone with similar interests as i have. you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. the apartment including your bedroom is completely furnished. i am charging $400 a month with everything included. it includes cable, electric, water, sewer, trash, internet, phone. there is a beautiful view of a lake with a screened in balcony that overlooks it. the complex has a gym, 3 pools, tennis courts and a laundry facility. i have a sweet dog and will allow one more pet as long as you pay the leasing office the pet deposit fee. please call 845-461-0424 if interested or for more information.
