hi,we are a professional couple and we are currently living in a great house in dr. phillips. we're both 33. we're out a lot with friends and having friends over for bbqs and such.
we're asking for $800 with 1/3 of utilities a month which will include all utilities. deposit is $500 only. lawn and pool service is included in the rent.

your room has it's own private bathroom and you will never have to worry about other people using your bathroom. you will also have your own access to the huge backyard and swimming pool. the house is just shy of 3000 ft. so there is plenty of space to walk freely.
the room is empty but we can furnish your room with a queen size bed, 2 nightstands and dresser.
the house is in south bay. great location for dining, shopping, entertainment, and theme parks.
*pet is negotiable depending on size and breed.
