hey my names tom i am a 20 years old..looking for a young student/ employed male to share my 2/2 apartment..i currently serve at a resturant and work mostly nights. i have no pets but plan on getting a dog so anyone interested must be pet friendly. the apartment is located on the second floor and is completely furnished with the acception of the bedroom that is for rent. all the furniature in the house is brand new. there is a large screened in patio complete with a washer and dryer. you have access to the kitchen family room and patio, it is as much your as it is mine. the rent is $625.00 a month which includes water, pest control, and trash removal. all other expenses (electric & cable) will be split evenly between myself and the renter. there is a $200.00 deposit due at the time of move-in which will be refunded upon moving out if nothing is damaged. i am looking for someone to move in soon so please contact me if you are interested.
