i have one bedroom available in a clean brand new 2/2 condo in east delray beach. rent is $700 plus a $700 security/damage deposit = $1400 due at move-in.*you will be on a month-to-month basis, no lease will be signed!*
located 2min from i-95, 5min from beach, and 10min to fau/lynn. i just purchased the condo and took 2 months to remodel it so everything is brand new - new granite countertops, new carpet, new furniture, etc. the room is unfurnished. bathroom is furnished. please, do not bring anything that does not fit (or) you do not want stored in your bedroom. my most recent roommate thought that our kitchen and livingroom were storage space for her boxes, and furniture that we told her we had no room for. looking for the right person to share it with who is respectful, clean, and responsible.
i am 24 yr old female who works in hospitality and works 45+ hrs a week. my boyfriend is 23 yr old full time student at fau studying architecture. we are both completely respectful, clean, and quiet. we do go out and have friends over, but school/work always comes first.
~to be considered you must meet all of the following requirements---
(1) must be able to pay rent in full and on time. i have a mortgage to pay. (2) be respectful and responsible.
(3) no smokers/ no drugs - and yes, weed is a drug.
(4) a background check will be performed per the condo association. if you are just out of rehab, you will not be approved, so please don't waste my time or yours.
(5) you must be drama - free, no immature relationships.
(6) you must not have a bf/gf that can't meet the above criteria.
(7) no different-girl/guy-every-night traffic. this is a security precaution so i don't have random people you don't even know - coming into my home. sorry but they are a liability to me and i don't want to be liable for their actions or what they bring into my house.
(8) a written house rules agreement is required that agrees to the terms above.
