large room for rent (14 x 18), in a nice area that is very safe. the bath isnt connected to the bedroom but its right next door and nobody is ever back there unless i have family in from out of town which doesnt happen that often. there is a private entrance to that end of the house or you could use the front door as well. there are 2 large windows facing a lake so the view is amazing. i have a patio with 2 lounge chairs for sunning, a table and 4 chairs and a grill. the perfect place to come and relax after work! utilities included, i have time warner cable with hbo and cinemax movie channels. there is a large laundry room as well. ive not had much luck adding pictures so email myhousemate1@yahoo.com if interested
