we are renting a room in my 2/2 apartment in west coral springs. the rent will be $500/month. this includes your private room, bathroom, wi-fi internet, cable, water, electricity, and use to the kitchen and washer/dryer. you will have access to the community pool, and plenty of parking. room however is not currently furnished.i am willing to rent short or long term, i will need a $500 deposit as well as first month's rent on the date of move in.
my girlfriend and i are the only ones living in the house. it is kept very clean and orderly. we are both young professionals who work during the day. we are looking for another young professional or student or other who is relatively quiet and clean.
no drugs, no smoking, no pets, sorry. :( and no b.s.
