apartment is equal distance between mopac and 35 on metric lane. need someone to sublease until the lease is done on july 31st (able to extend lease with management). one bedroom/one bathroom. includes; hardwood floors in living room, a patio, full kitchen, ceiling fan in bedroom & walk in closet. the only utility you have to pay for is electric which generally runs anywhere from $50-90. neighbors are friendly and there is nothing wrong with the apartment or apartment complex as a whole- just needing to move elsewhere for work. feel free to ask any other questions.
