this is a really great room for rent starting september 1st.i am looking for someone who is responsible, smart, fun, and has a steady job. you must be very independent, and not rely on me to be your best friend. this apartment is pretty cool.
-wood floors in the living room and bedrooms.
-the kitchen is really open with lots of storage space.
-the bathroom is really quaint with colorful tile and a pedestal sink! also.. a ton of storage in the bathroom.
-the room is a good size. my roommate now has a queen bed in there with plenty of extra space
- the closet is really big too.
- we are footsteps away from tons of stuff
- in walking distance: fresh plus, zocalo cafe, galaxy cafe, cafe medici, jeffrey's, a dry cleaner, a drug store..and more!
i am looking for someone in their mid 20's who is a young professional, and has their stuff together. i am a pretty social, and easy going person, but you must pay bills on time.
i do like to go out occasionally on the weekends, and then do happy hour during the week!
i am looking forward to hearing from potential new roommates for this amazing apartment.
