we are looking to rent out our large upstairs game room 24ftx16ft, has a semi walk in closet, somewhat furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, huge bean bag, no door to the room but we put heavy curtains up at the top of the stairs. this is the only room upstairs. shared bathroom (downstairs) with 2 teenage boys, and common areas. we are nonsmoking, social drinkers and 420 friendly. we have two boys ages 12, & 14, and my daughter who is 13mos. we have two small dogs and two indoor cats.we live in pflugerville right near toll roads 45 & 130, close to ih35 about 20mins from downtown. home 2800sqft. 4 bed 2 bath with the game room upstairs, huge family room off kitchen, eat in kitchen, fenced in back yard. we have a private hoa park, walking trails and pool (pool is open from may to end of sept). we are in the pflugerville school district. highland park elementary school, park crest middle school, and hendrickson high school are the schools for our neighborhood. we have lived in our home 2yrs come nov.
rent would be $700 a month & $400 deposit (for couples or single parent with child(ren) which would include utilities, cable & wifi (up to a certain amount in utilities, i can explain this better over phone )..$500 a month, $300 deposit for a single person (prefer female).
we are looking for someone who doesn't mind a busy (noisy) house, kids, and animals. must be clean, responsible, working, and pay rent on time. not into party people, or heavy drugs and drinking. smoking is ok but must be done outside and away from my children. must pay for$40 non rufundable credit, statewide criminal & eviction background check.
