hi, i have a fabulous new 2 bed 2 bath apartment. you will have your own spacious bedroom with lots of closet space and your own bathroom. a dog or cat is welcome! i'm friendly and i'm not uptight about cleaning. the apt is really spacious it is 1036 sq ft. the complex has a dog park, a great amenities center, and a huge pool. the rent with assorted charges is $1,139 a month so i'm saying yours will be around $569 a month, $600 to be safe. you are getting a lot for your money. the apartments are in the oak hill section of southwest austin. they are near an heb, a starbucks, a ymca, acc and a public library. i'm looking for a female or gay male roommate. i have a three year old terrier mutt named huckleberry. i'm ok with a smoker if you smoke outside. i'm looking for someone to move in before june first, i'd be okay with june or july move in but i'd have to ask for a deposit to make sure you're serious. please no criminal background or illegal drugs. only message me if you are seriously interested!
