looking for a responsible person to rent a room in our house. located in south arlington, near kennedale. great, clean neighborhood! super close to a super walmart and albertsons. not too far from the parks mall.

house: 2,000 sq ft. (3 bedrooms/3 baths)
there is 3 parking spaces, so you will have your own space.
the room is about 10'x12' and across the hall is your own bathroom, but needs to be available for guests, if any.
we have a queen size mattress available, but no other furniture for the room. the rest of the house is furnished.

note:
me and my significant other live here. so, it's just us 2, none others.

must be able to tolerate living with cats; i have 2 of them. your own pet is welcomed, but need to be approved. no dogs and no pet deposit.

$550 security deposit is required. background and criminal history will be checked.

($550 a month) rent includes:
room with closet (not walk-in), bathroom, utilities (electric, water, gas) washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, outside grill, time warner cable, internet/wifi (up to 20mb/second), netflix with streaming movies to tv, personal parking space, and limited storage.
