i currently am the only one working in my household with two other tenants, my husband and my brother in law. i am needing an immediate move in, for either long term, or short term. the room up for rent includes all household necessities, including kitchen use if addition help is offered for utilities. (gas is all that is needed for helpful joint living, i will pay the electric bill.)
i share a community back yard so pets are allowed within reason i have a dog of my own and any additional pets being brought into the home will need a small deposit put down(maybe).
we also live not even a minute away from the park, across the street from shopping centers, and are surrounded by great neighbors.
as long as no trouble is brought to my home, i have no interest in background, just proof of any source of income and a signed agreement stating that rent will be payed to me every month.
we are a friendly family willing to bring in another friendly face to help in this time of struggle.
